You might have noticed we’re having a few email issues this year. For some reason, several email service providers have decided that our emails ought to get stuck in spam filters, which means you won’t see them in your inbox (even if you search your spam folder).


If you’re having problems receiving the daily challenge by email, please follow these steps:

  1. Add [email protected] to your email addressbook
  2. Sign up with a different email address – we’ve identified specific issues with Virgin Media, BT Internet, NTL World and Blue Yonder email providers, so try using a Gmail or Hotmail account instead
  3. If you still can’t receive the emails, follow the challenge on Facebook. You don’t need to have an account to view the acts, simply visit to look at all of the challenges so far. If you do have a Facebook account, switch on notifications for the 40acts page, and you’ll be notified every time we post – you won’t miss a thing.
